Holiday Valley, NY:
UPDATE: Our famous HV condo trip SOLD OUT
(as usual)!!!! 55 members went!!! It was a good old fashioned WSC bus party
on the way down - complete with many "ceiling presses", food, drinks, cherry bombs and embarrassing
moments that will surely be exploited down the road. Then, Cadillac Jacks welcomed us with munchies and
drink specials. Many partied in Ellicottville, which was having a jazz fest weekend. OH, and the SKIING -
conditions were PERFECT, lift lines were small and the Blacksheep raced well.
A great ski in/ski out weekend!!!
GAME PLAN: We stayed at Alpine Meadows Townhouses - right
across the street from Holiday Valley. 8 per condo, 2 day lifts, meals not included but plenty of great

Holimont Ski Area, NY:
UPDATE: Great day trip!!!
35 skiers were glad they went to Holimont!!! Conditions rocked - good snow and
sunshine all day long. WSC had a room all to ourselves (always a good idea) and it opened on to the
slopes. We finally got Tom (our favorite bus driver) on a chair lift. OK, chair was stationary and only
went in circles to train kids to get on/off - but it's a start. We'll have him doin' BUMPS by March!!!
GAME PLAN: How about a day trip??? This is Martin Luther King day. Non-members are welcome.
This is the only weekend trip where membership is not required.

Cockaigne & Peek'n Peak, NY:
UPDATE: Due to his cat-like reflexes, Curtis changed this trip
from a semi-popular 1 day trip to a very popular 2 day trip - and it was A BLAST!!!!!
The bus ride was true WSC style - featuring 300 jello shots (non-wimpy kind). Conditons were great both days
and the WSC BLACKSHEEP KICKED FAGOWEE BOOTY at the Cockaigne Memorial Race. We still got it, just need to get it
out on the slopes more often!!! Lots of free stuff was given away on the bus (thanks to R Ski Ranch) and
a great time was had by all.
GAME PLAN: Ski 2 resorts in 1 weekend at a great price!!! This is also our MEMORIAL RACE
WEEKEND!!! Trip leaves Sat morning and we stay at The Clarion in Jamestown, NY on Sat night. 2 day lifts, continental breakfast Sunday morning.

Bristol Mountain, NY:
UPDATE: 38 skiers went to Bristol Combined where they had great snow conditions and racing.
Several of our Blacksheep took 1st place overall in their classes and racked up the points - CONGRAT'S to Jerry Porter, Curtis
Bell and Tim Robinson!!!! Saturday night was also great - from dinner to the
hilarious NO-TALENT TALENT CONTEST - which gets better every year.
GAME PLAN: Staying at the Inn on the Lake in Canadiagua - which is 20 minutes from Bristol Mountain. 2 per room, 2 day
lifts, breakfast and Saturday evening dinner included. CMSC

Holiday Valley, NY:
UPDATE: With rain forecasted at ALL WEEKEND, 31 members went to Holiday
Valley - wearing ponchos that read "WE AIN'T AFRAID OF NO STINKING RAIN". Yep, we ski'd in em' -
we partied in em' - some woke up in em'. Despite the rain, MARDI GRAS WEEKEND did not disappoint.
Bus ride down was full tilt WSC - dancing in the aisles, masks, beads and other stuff.
Hotel was very nice - great location. Conditions were wet and sloppy - there, I said it. Nobody cared.
We ate, drank, danced, went to the parade in a downpour...and then, on the last day, we were VICTORIOUS
in the DOWNHILL DUMMY RACE. Ed Hahn created our dummy, named O' Punxy, who came in 2nd place
in crowd applause. Big THANKS to Ed!!!
GAME PLAN: This is the party trip of the year!!! It's
Mardis Gras at Holiday Valley. Live entertainment, wine & cheese party, cook-outs on Sat & Sun,
SNOW BAR AT YODELER, cardboard box races,
Ski Queen Pageant, a parade,
Dummy Downhill race, costume party and
give-aways. We may even ski. Staying at Edelweiss (2 minute crawl from Eville). GET ON THE BUS - SURPRISES IN STORE
FOR THE RIDE DOWN ON FRIDAY!!! 2 per room, 2 day lifts, meals not included.
